Computex 2009: Enermax Introduced the CP002 Netbook Cooler

Vizo Ninja HS Review

065 The Vizo Ninja HS notebook cooler caught our eye with its adjustable fan location. Combined with silent fans, decent adjustability, good build and some fun DIY, this cooler has proven itself to be one of the better coolers on the market and has surely surpassed our expectations.

If you do not have cash for a notebook cooler or do not feel like buying one, there is an alternative. Starting at $0 it’s a rather cheap innovation. Although not as effective as a notebook cooler, bang for the buck it cannot be beat.

Guide: Cleaning your fans

Cleaning your fan(s) is one of the most effective ways to reduce heat build-up on your notebook. Like everything in this world notebooks collect dust; not only does the dust limit the amount of airflow through the notebook chassis, but it also creates small air pockets which further insulates the heat inside the notebook. Despite the fan(s) being in constant motion, you’d be surprised to notice dust particles attached to the fan blades, and other parts of the fan. The heat radiator is also prone to getting clogged and this can lead a futile exhaust system. There is no real way to prevent this and the key is to maintain your notebook.

Computex 2009: Mystery Zalman Stand/Cooler UPDATED

Thanks to a youtube video of the Zalman Booth we spotted what seems to be a mystery cooler/stand.  Both with the same body but one seems to have a fan in the middle but we are very uncertain of what these are and we are sifting through our sources to get more details on these.
